Customer Inquiry
Whether the project is for a new product launch or a redesign of existing packaging, our team gathers all the necessary details to understand the customer's needs and objectives. The more details/file(s) you provide, the better we can be at providing you a finished design you'll love!

Quoting the Project
Once the project details are sent to us, our custom blister packaging team provides you a quote based on the specifications provided.

Issuing a Purchase Order
After reviewing the quote, you will issue a purchase order, to authorize our custom blister packaging team to begin pre-press work and production planning. This step officially initiates the development of the custom blister package.

File Submission
An electronic file is preferred as it allows for easier processing and fewer manual errors.

File Review: Preflight and UPC Considerations
Performs a preflight check to confirm that the submitted file is complete and usable. This involves verifying that the design matches the quoted specifications and checking elements like UPC numbers for accuracy. Any discrepancies may result in adjustments to the quote, and we will communicate any changes promptly to you.

Proofing the Project
Next, will provide you with a proof to ensure the blister packaging design meets your expectations. Depending on the complexity of the project, proof options include:
Digital Proof: Ideal for reviewing original artwork and detailed graphics.
PDF Proof: Suitable for simpler projects, such as copy changes.
Press Proof: Available upon request for custom applications, though this may incur additional costs.
Layout Sheet: Used specifically for skin board applications, which helps visualize the final product in context.
If the project utilizes an existing cutting die, you'll need to provide a printed press sheet or an electronic file that includes the layout. If a new cutting die is required, you can use a production press sheet to create the cutting die for skin board applications.

Proof Approval
Next, you will review the proof and, once satisfied, return a signed approval. This approval signifies that the blister packaging design and specifications are correct and that production can proceed.

Preparation for Production
Once the proof is approved, we can begin pre-production preparations, including:
Plate Making: Printing plates are created based on the approved design.
Cutting Die Production: If a new die is required, it is made at this stage to ensure precise cutting during production.

Production Printing and Coating
With all preparations complete, the production order is printed according to the approved design. If the packaging requires any special coatings (e.g., UV coating or matte finish), these are applied during this phase.

Die Cutting or Paper Cutting
After printing, the production order is die cut or paper cut based on the specified design. This process gives the blister package its final shape and ensures all elements align correctly.

Packing and Shipping
After the blister packages are completed, we carefully pack them to prevent damage during transit. Prioritizes secure packaging and timely shipping to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition and are ready for use. We deliver quality packaging on time!
