The transparent seed water tray mainly has the following uses
1. Water reception function: The tray is used to catch the excess water flowing from the bottom of the pot, keep the table or the ground clean, especially when planting indoors, to prevent water from splashing into the surrounding environment.
2. Breathable and permeable: Although there are holes in the bottom of the pot for breathable and permeable water, the tray can assist in the drainage of water to a certain extent, avoiding water accumulation, thus reducing the risk of root rot.
3. Mobility: For large flowerpots, the tray can provide a convenient moving base to make the movement of the flowerpot easier.
4. Moisturizing and humidifying: In a dry environment, the tray can store water and increase air humidity through water evaporation, which is especially beneficial for hygrophile plants.
5. Beautiful: the tray can be matched with the flower pot to increase the overall beauty.
Suggestions for use
1.Indoor use: Trays are recommended, especially if watering is frequent, to keep the environment clean. However, it is necessary to pay attention to timely dumping of water in the tray to avoid hypoxia of the root system.
2.Outdoor use: If the environment is well ventilated, you can not use the tray, let the plant directly contact the ground, which is conducive to root respiration.
Special environments: In environments where underfloor heating or other heating equipment is used, trays can help insulate heat and protect plant roots
