Electronic products, is a kind of special products, with the fear of collision, extrusion, fear of humidity, fear of dust, fear of static electricity, fear of high temperature and other characteristics, so their packaging more time needs to be designed according to its characteristics. The specific packaging requirements are mainly in four aspects as below:
1. Protective & Cushioning Material
Shockproof packaging of electronic products refers to the use of certain packaging technology and material to maximize the protection of electronic products.
Shockproof packaging is also known as buffer packaging. The main materials of buffer packaging include honeycomb cardboard, corner cardboard, corrugated cardboard, plastic foam, bubble film, wrinkle paper, etc. Cushioned packaging of electronic products is generally on the basis of corrugated cartons and cartons, the inner packaging increases plastic foam, bubble film or corrugated gaskets, so that the products achieve the purpose of shock proof.
2. Moisture-proof packing
We can use plastic film(normally PE film), aluminum foil, wax paper or other waterproof packaging materials to pack the electronic products. And put desiccant into the inner packaging.
3. ESD anti-static packaging
Anti-static bag is suitable for packaging electrostatic sensitive products such as PCB, IC card, and MP3 to prevent damage to electronic products caused by electrostatic discharge. Electrostatic sensitive electronic products, the use of anti-static shielding bag packaging, can effectively inhibit the generation of static electricity, to ensure that the quality of electronic products from electrostatic damage.
4. Heat-proof packing
The heat-proof packaging materials of electronic products are aluminum foil paper. Aluminum foil reflection can play the role of anti-radiation heat insulation, resist the conduction of external heat energy, and has good moisture-proof function. And the use of acrylic nanomicroemulsion coated on the packaging made of water-based thermal reaction heat insulation coating, this kind of nano heat insulation environmental protection coating material, can effectively reflect the infrared ray, reduce the absorption of heat energy packaging materials, and has the advantages of anti-corrosion, waterproof, heat insulation.
